1. How in the world do you make a water balloon yoyo?

   • party balloon
     fill with about half a cup of water
     blow to size of softball
     tie off and attach to a file rubberband that has been cut and had a little loop for your finger tied in the top.

     Then, they bounce like a yoyo or that kind of thing.
